What You’ll Do

  • Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
  • Preparing statutory accounts.
  • Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
  • Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily posts and answering any queries.
  • Managing payment cash transactions.
  • Controlling credit and chasing debt.
  • Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.

What We’re Looking For

  • Preferably residing in Muntinlupa Alabang only
  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting or Finance.
  • With working experience as an Accounting Assistant.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, competitive and confident personality.
  • Ability to develop long term relationships.
