What You’ll Do
- Follow-up on inbound marketing leads by using multiple phone, email, sms and social media techniques
- Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone, email and chat
- Identify and qualify opportunities by providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects
- Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle
- Be responsible for educating and developing prospects until they are ready to see an online demo from a sales executive
- Book and schedule online demos for the sales team
- Drive attendance for webinars, live streaming seminars and set meetings for conferences
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approaches
- Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in our CRM application
