What You’ll Do

  • Responding to customer email and chat inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
  • Recommending solutions and guiding users through eCommerce and website features and functionalities.
  • Update client eCommerce websites and social media accounts.
  • Coordinate more complex requests with internal technical resources.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • Customer first mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Experience with eCommerce, crm, websites, SEO and customer support software is a plus.
